This product (Electric Flippable Number Plate System) is strictly prohibited for use on public highways or any road-legal vehicle in the United Kingdom. Use of this product on public roads constitutes a breach of UK law and may result in fines, penalties, or legal action.

Owners and users are fully responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant local and national traffic regulations. Possession of this product does not confer any exemption from these legal obligations.


2. Product Features Do Not Legalise Use

This product incorporates several advanced security and operational features, including:

  • High-torque servo motor, which requires considerable force to move when powered

  • ‘Safe Lock Mode’, maintaining the plate position without ignition power

  • No visible illumination on handlebar interfaces when in ‘Safe Lock Mode’

These features are designed for operational security and convenience only. They do not override UK legal requirements for fixed registration plates, nor do they grant permission to use the product on public roads. Ownership of these features does not mitigate legal risk.


3. Sole Permitted Uses

The Electric Flippable Number Plate System may only be used legally in the following contexts:

  1. Private land – including closed racetracks or private property, with the explicit consent of the landowner

  2. Static displays – such as authorised motorsport shows or events; vehicles must be unregistered or SORNED (Statutory Off Road Notification)

  3. Filming or photography – conducted exclusively on non-public property

Any use outside these permitted contexts is strictly prohibited and may attract legal consequences.


4. Buyer Liability and Waiver

By purchasing this product, the buyer expressly acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • Acceptance of all legal risks associated with misuse or use outside the permitted contexts

  • Irrevocable waiver of claims against FLIPPER HOUSE for any fines, legal fees, or damages arising from unlawful use

  • Understanding that the product’s exclusive legal use is limited to off-road, display, and private property applications as described above

  • Responsibility for researching local laws and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations in the buyer’s jurisdiction

  • Awareness that misuse may result in civil or criminal penalties, including but not limited to fines, vehicle seizure, or prosecution

  • The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that any installation, operation, or demonstration of this product complies with all relevant laws.

  • Users should maintain evidence of compliance with permitted uses, including location permissions or event authorisations, in case of legal scrutiny.
