Warranty

 

 

All products sold by FLIPPER HOUSE are covered by a warranty. Unless otherwise specified, the base warranty period is six months from the date of sale, which generally applies to electrical products. Certain other products, particularly those with mechanical or specialised components, may carry a longer warranty period of up to three years, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

The FLIPPER HOUSE warranty covers repair or replacement of products found to be defective or non-functional due to manufacturing defects. This warranty is provided in addition to any rights you may have under local consumer protection laws, including but not limited to:

  • United Kingdom: Consumer Rights Act 2015

  • European Union/EEA: Directive 1999/44/EC and local statutory warranty rights

  • Australia: Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010)

  • United Arab Emirates: Federal Law No. 24 of 2006 on Consumer Protection

In most cases, FLIPPER HOUSE products exceed the minimum requirements of these international regulations, offering warranty coverage that may be longer or more comprehensive than statutory rights.

Making a Warranty Claim

If a FLIPPER HOUSE product has a manufacturing defect, customers should contact the customer service team via the email address that sent their order confirmation. The customer service team will:

  1. Assess whether the issue can be resolved without returning the product.

  2. Provide instructions for returning the product if necessary, so that it can be repaired or replaced.

Limitations and Exclusions

Warranty service does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, use, or handling

  • Incorrect maintenance or repair by the customer or third parties

  • Disassembly, modification, or unauthorised repair by third parties

  • Accidental damage, neglect, or environmental factors

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from use of the product

  • Claims without proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt

Extended Warranty

Certain products may carry an extended warranty of up to three years, depending on the type of product. Where an extended warranty applies, it supersedes the standard six-month base warranty and will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Notes on International Warranty

FLIPPER HOUSE products are designed to meet or exceed international regulatory standards, and warranty coverage may surpass local statutory minimums. Customers outside the United Kingdom should be aware that the warranty provided by FLIPPER HOUSE is generally in addition to any rights under local laws.

Customers are advised to:

  • Retain proof of purchase for all products

  • Follow the instructions provided by the customer service team when making a claim
