PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) is a high-performance polymer prized for exceptional strength, natural self-lubrication, and complete resistance to extreme heat and wear.
CNC-machined from solid PEEK stock, this throttle tube replaces the brittle, yellowed injection-moulded factory plastic on MV Agusta's Ride by Wire throttle assembly. PEEK's low-friction surface eliminates binding and delivers a smooth, consistent throttle action, while offering long-term reliability under demanding riding conditions.
SPECIFICATION
Direct OEM replacement for the original Gen 2 ride-by-wire assembly with an inner diameter of 23 mm, an outer diameter of 25.5 mm, and a grip section length of 122 mm.
APPLICATION
Compatible with MV Agusta models featuring the second-generation Ride-by-Wire (RBW) throttle assembly (8E00B5444 DBW Throttle Controller). This includes all four-cylinder models and later three-cylinder models produced from approximately 2014 onwards.
Non-compatible with first-generation RBW assemblies, part number BC00B5444.
